14 must-haves for real estate success

Agent Applause is a great new blog for people interested in real real estate marketing. The blog shares true marketing techniques, both online and offline, to give you creative ideas. If you have a real marketing example, sent it to them.
Here are some posts I liked:
Brand Consistency between Websites is an excellent post showing how one real estate agent has been reinforcing his brand across all social media channels– his blog, Twitter, Facebook page, Posterous, YouTube. A great post about a great guy.
Twitter Sign Riders. Very clever addition of a Twitter handle to a For Sale sign.
Community Fan Page on Facebook. Rather than creating a self-centered page, this professional created a fan page for her community.
My applause to Agent Applause (and Stacey Harmon, behind this blog launch). Run over there for a look see. Tell them I sent you.
Oh yeah, thanks to Inman Real Estate Connect New York City, #ICNY where I discovered this blog gem.
